- All payments and renewals are made in United States currency.
- Once days are purchased or renewed there are no pauses or membership breaks, your membership days count down one after the other and are yours to keep.
- O4L does not offer any refunds once days are purchased or renewed, without exception; however, Members are free to cancel this automatic renewal process at anytime by simply selecting “cancel membership” on the membership page located in their my account. So there are absolutely no obligations or commitments with O4L.

In this Agreement the following words have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:

You acknowledge that if the Registration Data submitted by you is inaccurate or untrue, O4L reserves the right to terminate the Subscription. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription fees.
TERM AND TERMINATION: This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the website and/or are a Subscriber. You may terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason by contacting support@only4luv.com
You or O4L may terminate your subscription by removing your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, effective upon sending written or email notice to the other party. Upon such termination by O4L without cause, O4L shall refund, pro rata, any unused portion of any subscription payments that O4L has received from you.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: You represent and warrant to O4L that the information posted in your account profile including your photographs, are posted by you. You further warrant that you are the exclusive author of your profile and the exclusive owner of your photographs.
You assign to O4L full title guarantee, all copyright in your profile and your photographs posted, at any time, in connection with your subscription. You waive absolutely any and all moral rights to be identified as author of your profile and owner of your photographs. In addition, other Subscribers may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection, whether or not it is identified as copyrighted.
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE: As a Subscriber, You agree that:
(a) You will use the website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or email addresses, other than where you are specifically asked for such information in the Confidential Personal Account registration of the Service. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Subscribers to buy or sell any products or services through the website. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Subscribers. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Subscribers. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Subscribers.
(b) You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on the website, or transmit to other Subscribers. You will not display or publish on the website, or transmit to other Subscribers or to O4L or its employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language.
You will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information in the public viewing gallery, however intimate or nude photos may be published in your private gallery.
O4L reserves the right, however we have no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions set forth in this section and, to the extent that O4L will determine, in sole discretion, to do so and you shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription payments that O4L has received from you as the subscriber.
(c) Email communications sent from O4L are designed to make your online experience enjoyable. By becoming a subscriber, you specifically agree to accept and consent to receiving email communications initiated by O4L. Without limitation, O4L emails shall include message notification, “Match” emails, emails informing you about events and contests. O4L organizes emails informing you of promotions. O4L will send emails informing of changes to the Website and any services and should you not wish to receive any email communications from O4L, please do not register as a subscriber.
(d) You agree that O4L will have no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the Website. You acknowledge that features, parameters or other services that O4L may provide, may change at any time.
(e) Our support staff is here to assist with your online experience by providing assistance and guidance. When speaking to the employees of O4L through Live Chat, on the phone or communicating with them by any other means, you undertake not to be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing or racially offensive. Should any of the staff at O4L Media feel, at any given point, threatened or offended by your conduct, O4L reserves the right to terminate your subscription and you shall not be entitled to the refund of any subscription payments received by O4L.

As a subscriber you will NOT: communicate, publish or display to any other Member any form of defamatory, slanderous, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, profane, obscene, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, or illegal material, including but not limited to nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos or images and any other type of unlawful or unacceptable material, as decided by O4L. O4L reserves the right to remove any such material from the Service without notice.
As a subscriber you will NOT: use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or, in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or its contents, distribute or reproduce, in any way, any copyrighted material, trademarks, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
As a subscriber you will NOT: interfere with or disrupt the services of O4L, forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the website, "frame" or "mirror" any part of the Website, without specific consent in writing from O4L.
As a subscriber you will NOT: use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to O4L in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose, or modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the website, or the software used on the website.
INDEMNITY BY SUBSCRIBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless O4L as the provider of the Site infrastructure, their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees on a solicitor and his own client basis) relating to or arising out of your use of the website and services, including any breach by you of the Terms of this Agreement and our Email, Acceptable Usage, Privacy and other terms and conditions posted on the Site from time to time.
